Throughout my career, I have worked closely with design studios, engineering teams, suppliers, and manufacturing facilities to develop high-quality vehicle components from initial concept through to production. My expertise includes translating styling intent into fully engineered, production-feasible designs while balancing quality, cost, timing, manufacturability, and legislative requirements.

My technical experience covers interior and exterior vehicle systems, plastic injection-moulded components, composite materials, tooling, assembly strategies, and advanced CAD modelling using CATIA, Alias, and Fusion 360. I also have experience integrating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including LiDAR and radar, ensuring optimal sensor performance while meeting packaging, styling, and regulatory requirements.

Over the course of my career, I have successfully supported multiple vehicle programmes, applying strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and attention to detail to deliver robust engineering solutions. I am recognised for my ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, mentor colleagues, and manage complex engineering challenges from concept to production.

In addition to my corporate experience, I have established a specialist CAD design consultancy, providing professional engineering and product design services to clients across a range of industries.
