I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in Industrial Product Design and development, 3D CAD/CAM designs, product and prototype manufacturing, rapid prototyping, 3D printing and CNC manufacturing. I have more than 7 years of experience in the design and manufacturing industry. My areas of expertise includes:

1. 2D/3D CAD Modelling in Fusion360, Autodesk Inventor, Solid works, AutoCAD and Creo Parametric
2. STL files for 3D printing, developing physical cheap prototypes locally using 3D printers and CNC machines
3. Prototype development from concept, design and CAD modelling to physical manufacturing
4. Generating CAM programs through MasterCAM, Siemens NX and Creo Manufacturing Module
5. Product and Prototype development with complete manufacturing documentation ( 2D/3D Engineering drawings, Assembly drawings, process charts, product animation, generating CNC/laser-cutting toolpaths, recommended type of manufacturing process and tool selection etc.)
6. Development of Product process charts and production documentation for entrepreneurs to help them produce physical prototypes through CNC machining, 3D printing, fabrication and casting etc.
7. Converting hand-drawn concepts to engineering drawings in AutoCAD based on real world dimensions for manufacturing or prototype development.
