About
At BEEng, we embody the spirit of the bee, the most industrious and organized creature in nature. Just as the bee tirelessly builds, optimizes, and works together for a common goal, we approach engineering with precision, hard work, and a commitment to excellence. Our name reflects this philosophy: we are a company built on the principles of efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
We specialize in Simulation-Driven Design, combining advanced FEM (Finite Element Method) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations with cutting-edge 3D modeling, animation, and rapid prototyping. This unique integration allows us to deliver optimized designs that minimize costs, reduce time to market, and ensure maximum performance. By utilizing this comprehensive approach, we can provide our clients with a streamlined experience, handling all stages of development from concept to final prototype.

Research and Development Engineer
I worked at A. Abete s.r.l. as R&D engineer and my main tasks were to gather information, data and samples in order to test them and find the best method, material or product to use for applications. The main goal of this job was to develop the best technology and to find the best solutions in order to improve performances, reduce the consumption and extend product life.

R&D Engineer
I worked at Vekoma Rides Manufacturing BV as R&D engineer. In this role, I faced each day different challenges in order to design better products. My aim was to optimize, to develop, to automate and to expand the knowledge of the company about materials and processes. I worked in an international department with people coming from all over the world and we were involved in worldwide projects. In this role, I was responsible for identifying the best approach, method and tools to improve every day the standards, the reliability and the efficiency of the Vekoma products.
In particular, I was involved in the development of structural and thermal finite element models(FEM), in investigations regarding vehicle and wheel dynamic with a special focus on hyperelastic and viscoelastic materials. At the same time, I was responsible for the development of thermal fluid-dynamic models with CFD models to replicate the aerodynamics behavior of the vehicle. In order to validate these models, I was active in designing and performing tests, in selecting new sensors and new approaches to verify and validate our surveys. The reporting of these activities played an important role in my job and so I was dedicated to perform detailed reports and presentations. I had to self-manage my activities to respect schedules and exploit all the resources. In this way, I ensured the best development of the projects according with the projects deliverables.

Thermal Project Engineer FEM Analyst
I worked at MECAL as Project Engineer with a special focus on FEM analysis. In this role, I supported internal projects and external customers with my expertise on thermal, structural, fluid and acoustic simulations. As Project Engineer, I supported the design and development of innovative machines mainly in the high tech sector. In addition to the simulation activity, I was in charge of communicating with all stakeholders and of reporting entirely the performed activities by means of detailed reports and presentations.

R&D Project Manager
I worked a Project Manager at MECAL-HTS, I coordinated people, processes, and resources to ensure successful project execution. I meticulously planned projects, break them down into manageable components, and allocate necessary resources. Serving as a bridge between upper management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, I report on project progress, manage expectations, and address issues. Effective communication and proactive risk management were key aspects of my role. In summary, I coordinated projects from inception to completion, aligning them with organizational goals.
