About
I'm doing automation, industrial fabrication, structural design with cut list and sheet metal designs. Scopes are cabinet casing, refrigerator casing, tables, trays, ducts, hoods, etc. A background in laser cutting, bending, foaming, tube bending, welding, polishing process, and machines.
Over the last eight years, I have developed a wide range of CAD designs using Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, and AutoCAD from simple to complex structures, including kinematics, prototyping, and design concept up to project implementation.
I also have years of experience in machine troubleshooting, repair, and set-up. It enhances my skills on how it function, fast-moving components, load concentration, and type change parts which take extra care in designing for breakage and wear.
I also have years of experience in machining, NCII grade in lathe and milling machines. Able to use other equipment and its capable of such as CNC, EDM, Wire cut and so on.
