About
Message me before posting your job — I typically reply within 2 hours with a scoped estimate.
Most CAD freelancers draw shapes. I engineer functional, manufacturable systems built for the factory floor.
I'm a Mechanical Engineer (NIT Andhra Pradesh, B.Tech 2026) and the founder of Aerora Dynamics, an industrial UAV startup building heavy-payload drones. I lead end-to-end mechanical design for autonomous multi-rotor aircraft: weight budgets, aerodynamic clearances, structural stress conditions, and Design-for-Manufacturing from day one — not CAD models that look good but can't be built.
Recent proof of work: I took a hexacopter chassis (25 kg MTOW, 10 kg payload capacity) from a SolidWorks parametric assembly through FEA validation to CNC-aluminum prototype coordination. The arm-to-socket junction was redesigned twice against simulation data before reaching a 1.78x safety factor at rated load. That's the standard I hold every project to.
CORE EXPERTISE
- Complex 3D parametric modeling in SolidWorks 2024 and Fusion 360
- Design for Manufacturing (DfM): CNC machining, carbon-fiber layup, injection molding, 3D printing
- FEA: static stress, displacement, fatigue, and modal analysis
- Structural optimization: mass reduction under load constraints
- Hardware-software integration: MATLAB/Simulink kinematic modeling
- SITL export: URDF/SDF models for ROS2/Gazebo environments
- GD&T per ISO/ANSI standards, full tolerance stack-up analysis
TOOL CHAIN
Primary: SolidWorks 2024
Secondary: Autodesk Fusion 360, CATIA V5, PTC Creo Parametric, AutoCAD
Simulation: ANSYS Workbench, SolidWorks Simulation
Manufacturing: GD&T, tolerance analysis, DfM/DFA review
WHAT YOU GET
Native CAD files, STEP/IGES/STL/DXF exports, an FEA report with boundary conditions and results documented, a full technical drawing set, and a BOM ready for procurement. Every geometry I deliver is DfM-verified and fully tolerance-specified before it reaches you.
Message me before posting a job — I respond within 2 hours and will confirm scope and feasibility upfront.

Education
-
National Institute of Technology (NIT) Andhra Pradesh
Bachelor of Technology, Mechanical Engineering
2022 – 2026
Activities and Societies:
Founder of Aerora Dynamics (Incubated deep-tech startup), Technical Lead for UAV/Robotics Development, Advanced Manufacturing & CAD Initiatives.
Specialized coursework and applied research focusing on Robotics, Control Systems, Fluid Mechanics, and Advanced Manufacturing. I actively leverage my academic environment to push the boundaries of commercial hardware, directly applying principles of mechanical kinematics and material science to the development of industrial heavy-payload UAVs.
Core academic applications include:
• Utilizing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to test structural integrity on drone airframes.
• Applying Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) principles to optimize thrust-to-weight ratios.
• Bridging MATLAB/Simulink theoretical control loops with physical mechatronic assemblies.
Other experience
-
Autonomous Systems R&D & SITL Simulation
Conducted independent research and development focused on validating complex mechatronic assemblies before physical manufacturing.
Specialized in exporting standard CAD models (SolidWorks/Fusion 360) into ROS2 and Gazebo environments to run highly accurate Software-In-The-Loop (SITL) simulations. Developed custom control loops in MATLAB/Simulink to test drone flight physics, dynamic structural load distribution, and Edge AI payload deployment scenarios. This workflow ensures that all mechanical designs are rigorously stress-tested for real-world functionality before moving to CNC or carbon-fiber fabrication.
