CONSTRAINTS: → Total mechanism mass: ≤85 g including servo → Actuator stroke: ±12 mm | Peak load: 18 N push-pull → Must attenuate dominant rotor vibration at 87 Hz at servo mounting APPROACH: Push-pull rod with adjustable clevis fittings. Rod: 3 mm pultruded carbon-fiber tube. M2.5 isolation bushings at servo bracket for vibration attenuation. RESULTS: → Mass: 78 g (under budget) → Zero-backlash at neutral via spring pre-load → Vibration attenuation at 87 Hz: 6 dB → Full IGES/STEP assembly ready for CNC fabrication
