ENGINEERING APPROACH: NACA 4412 aerofoil section lofting with parametric twist and chord tables. SolidWorks design table drives all blade geometry — changing diameter/pitch automatically rebuilds full blade. Enables rapid iteration across motor/ESC combinations without redrawing. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (24" variant): → Root chord: 68 mm | Tip chord: 22 mm → Blade twist: 14° root to 4° tip (linear) → Est. static thrust at 3,800 RPM: 28 N per blade pair → Material: injection-moulded CF-nylon or full carbon-fiber layup DELIVERABLES: Parametric SolidWorks part + design table + STEP/IGES for all variants (18", 20", 22", 24") + PDF blade specification sheet
