I have up to 3 years of experience using Solidworks to design 3D models for manufacturing, 2D drafting, Simulation, assembly instructions, Product rendering for presentation and marketing.

In addition, I can boast of my literacy in using Adobe packages and Microsoft Office programs for documenting purposes, such as Technical reports/assembly instruction manuals, product features and many more.

My goal is to make use of my
theoretical understanding of Mechanical Engineering for more innovations and technological advancement in order to gain industrial experience by actively participating in real-life projects from
the following sectors of interest; Product manufacturing, Biomedical, Energy, Mechatronics, Automotive, and Oil & Gas.

Experience

Design Engineer Akbar Truck Manufacturing Company · Internship Jul 2023 – Present 10 mos Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan Used Solidworks to design truck chassis based on DFM and DFA.
The Chassis is a collection of sheetmetal parts designed and assembled together.
Drawings were obtained for the CNC laser cutting process, thereby creating ease of fabrication.
Mechanical Designer Futurism3D · Internship Jul 2023 – Present 10 mos Remote, OR, United States I make photorealistic samples of 3D models given the texture of the materials, the type of environment It is to be used, the ambience of the scene and the perspective view using Solidworks Visualize.
The Shadows are well propagated to emulate the real life scenario of the model.
Also, backplates/images may be attached to match the model perspective view and rendered to give a realistic output by blending with filters, texts and effects using Photoshop to give the design an extra finishing look making it eye-friendly and relaying a message.
