• Production Engineering Intern Atlas Honda Limited · Internship Aug 2021 – Sep 2022 1 yrs 1 mos Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan • Worked in an engine plant (Production Engineering Department) of largest motorcycle manufacturing industry in Pakistan.
  • Got complete orientation of different shops like cylinder head, crankshaft, crankcase, gear shop, heat treatment of an engine plant for one week.
  • Got a clear understanding of how different parts of motorcycle’s engine (CD-70,100, CG-125,125F, CB-150) work and assemble to form a final complete engine.
  • Visually analyzed different machining processes going on in each shop like fine boring, drilling, tapping, milling, turning, rotary facing etc. on CNC machines.
  • Redesigned a press tool for cotter pressing in valve spring of CG-125 Cylinder head using Fusion 360 and ANNEX (Internship Project).
  • Built constructive working relationship with individuals and contributed effectively to collaborative projects (finite element analysis of cable tray installed on the ceiling of engine plant).
  • Learned CNC programming skills on milling machine.
  • Designed a jig for CG-125 Kick with a fellow in Production Engineering Department (PED).
