About

I am mechanical engineer have experience in manufacturing and
designing more then 15 years. I can design 2D and 3D products
as your requirements, production ideas, plastic mold design
and modeling, reverse engineering, research and development,
prototyping and also help you to produce products from raw material
to finish product.
I have good knowledge in materials such as carbon steels, stainless
steels and alloys.
I also love to work on multi component assemblies and instruments.
I use AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, DELCAM software for designing, programming and manufacturing and KEYSHOT for rendering. Also have enough experience in
operating CNC machining center, CNC turning center, Wire EDM
and many more conventional machines.
I did many projects on surgery instruments, Automotive parts and
molds from design to manufacturing and production.

Plastic Mold Making And Designing Premium engineering · Full-time Feb 2022 – Present 4 yrs 3 mos Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan After 3 years I got my favorite job in plastic mold manufacturing and
mold designing company. I started work there as a beginner plastic
mold maker and showed my skills. I worked here for more then 8
years and gain experience in injection mold making, designing and
molding. I used delcam powershape software for product and mold
designing and power mill software for manufacturing. I also practiced on
CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers to produce molds
and mold parts. On the other hand also got experience in wire EDM
machine, EDM machine, jig boring machine.

plates and screws for human implantation with titanium and stainless
steel materials. Got very famous in surgical instruments industry in
Sialkot city of Pakistan. I worked here 8 years and become expert
in development, R&D and reverse engineer. Here I practiced more
