Mechanical Design Engineer TRT · Part-time Nov 2021 – Present 4 yrs 6 mos undefined, New Zealand • Worked on TCS (Mobile tyre changing station). The module include frame, tyre changing station, RFP (Run flat press) etc.
• Design task include design of various modules inside TCS especially RFP. Design of overall layout of module using Solidworks.
• Worked on concept and detail design of run flat press. Involved in prototype build of RFP. The RFP included structural frame with hydraulically operated cylinders to insert/extract runflat.
• Coordinated with suppliers for implementation of subsystems including Canvas, Frame etc.
