Project types I've done are Land Development (residential and commercial), municipal, transportation, environmental, mine reclamation, and energy sector (substation infrastructure & transmission line corridors). My land surveying experience includes topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, plats, ILCs, construction stakeout data, easement descriptions, legal descriptions, boundary retracements, and more. My current role as a Project Engineer involves overseeing a team of design engineers on large-scale industrial site development projects. This diverse experience has shaped me into a versatile professional who is comfortable navigating the many facets of civil engineering. In terms of technical skills, my proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D sets me apart. This mastery was honed through my time as a drafting professor, a role in which I developed a comprehensive curriculum and wrote over 800 pages of material. This experience not only deepened my own knowledge but also equipped me with the skills to communicate complex concepts effectively. Among my notable projects are Amazon distribution centers, Domino's stores, and public water and sewer mains spread across Oregon, Western Washington, and as far as Tennessee.
