I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran and have been a full-time Civil CAD Designer for 21 years. I also have over 10 years of Land Surveying CAD Drafting experience. I am an expert user of AutoDesk Civil 3D. I also have a few years of Microstation experience, in a Civil/Survey environment.
Project types I've done are Land Development (residential and commercial), municipal, transportation, environmental, mine reclamation, and energy sector (substation infrastructure & transmission line corridors).
My land surveying experience includes topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, plats, ILCs, construction stakeout data, easement descriptions, legal descriptions, boundary retracements, and more.
I taught Civil 3D and basic Civil/Survey drafting concepts at Front Range Community College.
