Resourceful designer who uses common sense and good listening skills to ensure that the scope and needs of the project are thoughtfully considered when brainstorming, designing and implementing a new/revisited product. Having earned my degree in Product Design and Development I have a solid foundation of knowledge from concept to production. CAD designing and drafting has been at the core of my education and career thus far. I have been formally trained to use such CAD systems as in: AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, NX and CATIA.

I am a mechanical design engineer currently at Honda R&D (located in Columbus Ohio). My passion is for hardware, and I have three years of experience with enclosure design, lighting design, working with electrical engineers for PCB design and other items. I have pushed high-volume products (> 500k) from concept through to mass production. Hi there! My name is Colin Cormier. I'm new to CadCrowd, but I'm a freelance product designer in the Cincinnati area with focuses in CAD, fabrication, and prototyping. I've completed work for P&G, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Boeing, and Sauder among many others over the 5 years I've spent in the field.
