I am a professional mechanical engineer with 9+ years experience in new product design & development. My experience includes design and validation testing of natural gas fuel injectors, hydraulic valve components/circuits, commercial cooking equipment, & industrial process heating/cooling/pump systems. Here is a brief summary of my relavent skills: • Paremetric modeling and technical drawings (SolidWorks and Creo Parametric) for various manufacturing methods (milling, turning, die-casting, investment casting, stamping, sheet metal, sand casting, welding, etc). • Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5-2009) • Finite Element Analysis • Reliability engineering (statistical load and tolerance analyses, Monte Carlo simulations). • Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Gauge R&R, root cause analysis). • Design for Six Sigma (DFMEA, DVP&R, DOE, DFX, Robust Design) I love engineering and design, and look forward to working with you to develop new products and solve difficult problems!
