I am adept at calculating stresses for fatigue, breaking points, and load requirements. I possess extensive knowledge in designing tooling for molds, including colorant, UV, and wall thickness considerations, as well as gate locations, shut-off, and knock-out pin placements. For military-grade products requiring high yield strengths, such as 304, 326, 17-4, and 1505 stainless steels, I can identify weak points using SolidWorks and other testing equipment. As a comprehensive engineering service provider, I am prepared to support your engineering and design needs.
