I'm a product developer. I've been an Auto Body Technician, Personal Assistant, Welder/fitter, Millwright, Wood Worker, as well as many other things in several different industries. Mechanical engineer with extensive expertise in CAD/CAM-driven product and equipment design, translating complex functional requirements into robust, manufacturable solutions. I specialize in 3D parametric modeling, large assembly development, tolerance stack-up analysis, and design for manufacturability (DFM/DFA), ensuring designs move efficiently from concept through fabrication and production. I have led the development of detailed 3D models, 2D production drawings, and fully controlled bills of materials within PDM/PLM environments, maintaining strict revision control and engineering documentation standards. My work bridges engineering intent and shop-floor execution — optimizing toolpaths, machining strategies, and fabrication workflows to reduce cycle time, improve yield, and eliminate rework. With a strong understanding of materials, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), machining processes, weldments, and mechanical system integration, I design with production in mind from day one. I collaborate closely with manufacturing teams, machinists, fabricators, and external vendors to validate prototypes, refine tolerances, and ensure cost-effective scalability.
