I am an Architectural Designer, Revit and AutoCAD Specialist with a strong background in Building Information Modeling, MEP Design and Modeling, Structural Design and Modeling and Architectural Design. Throughout my career I have been highly successful at managing projects on schedule and within budget. I have over 6 years of professional experience designing using Revit and AutoCAD for Architectural, Structural, and MEP. During my professional career I have had the opportunity to lead a group of Designers and Engineers as a BIM Manager and have been project lead on several BIM projects ranging from Residential, Commerical, Healthcare, Universities, and K-12. From there I moved on to opening my own business running a CAD and BIM services firm. I specialize in parametric CAD modeling and drafting functional designs. I've always been known as a computer whiz, and I earned a 2nd place Arizona Regionals FRC medal in 2012 by helping to program our robot "see" a basketball hoop backboard in autonomous mode. I got into CAD around 2020 after purchasing 2 3D printers, and since then I have done high quality and paid projects on several occasions for clients who continue to value my work.
