My design and manufacturing experience began with the challenge of the Formula Society of Automotive Engineers (FSAE) competition in 2004. Ten engineers worked for one year to design and manufacture an open wheel race car from scratch to compete against the world's top engineering schools. The year-long project solidified my years studying aspects of engineering design, analysis, testing, and manufacturing. Since then I have taken on multiple freelance projects, helping folks take innovative ideas and create engineering models and manufacturing drawings. My greatest strength is working with clients to optimize their design to work with modern manufacturing methods. Whether it's maximizing product strength through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or minimizing manufacturing costs, we will work together to take your idea into reality with a thoughtful and clearly communicated plan followed by professional execution.

Excel at the ability to conceptualize, visualize and understand a design challenge in order to help solve a problem. Proven ability to create manufactured structures with a focus on attention to detail and lean manufacturing principles. I understand construction principles and am able to clearly communicate with others. I enjoy the process of hand sketching, 2D drafting, 3D modeling in order to complete a project.
