Preparation of technical and commercial proposal for projects based on received tender documents from Client. Develop cost-effective design layouts based on project Requirements within given assumptions and Constrains. Adhere to established design guidelines and procedures. Analyse design issues and recommend corrective actions. Perform civil design analysis and calculations according to project requirements for all cast in place and precast/ pre-stressed buildings (both commercial and residential) using Manual Calculations and latest recognised software and technologies such as STAAD Pro V8I, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, CONCISE BEAM, SP COLUMN. Determine construction cost and material estimates based on civil designs. Review of third party civil Design including base design and detail design (detailed drawings, design calculations and material technical specification) based on project technical specifications, pre-bid and post-bid clarifications.
