I am a mechanical design engineer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in 3D modeling, developing concepts, and creating technical documentation using Solid Edge. I have participated in a wide range of projects, from designing complex machines and mechanical components to creating precise technical drawings for production and assembly. My expertise covers the entire design process – from the initial concept to detailed CAD 2D and 3D models, including performing simulations and analyses aimed at optimizing designs. I am passionate about transforming client ideas into innovative and effective engineering solutions, ensuring both functionality and precision. My achievements include: Design and strength calculations, as well as conducting measurements of stresses and deformations in load-bearing structures of trailers, agricultural trailers, and large agricultural vehicles. My work included designing specialized trailers for transporting crops and fertilizer application systems. As a result, I was able to reduce the weight of the vehicles while maintaining key technical parameters such as load capacity and durability. Designing a series of agricultural machines with interchangeable bodies. I developed an innovative solution with a chassis compatible with various bodies, including platforms for transporting bales, dump bodies for rear and side tipping, and fertilizer application systems. The interchangeable body system reduced equipment purchase costs, allowing for the use of multiple bodies on one chassis.
