I have 18 years of experience in areas of the maintenance and design department projects. Worked in several companies in the industrial sector such as Holcim Nicaragua, Ceguel Pharmaceutical Industry. Designed, manufacturing and assembly of industrial machinery such as screw conveyor, conveyor belt, bucket elevator, air sliders, valves, cyclones, hovercrafts, etc. with computer design software Autocad, Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360, autocad plant 3d. My greatest achievement is the project manager in assembly of the Holcim Cement plant located in Nagarote, Implementation of the maintenance management system, Implementation of predictive maintenance by monitoring the condition, Implementation of SAP PM module. Increase in the availability of production equipment. Projects to reduce energy consumption through process optimization. Change of engines and good maintenance practices. Perform audit of the management system to the cement company Polpaico in Chile through the SAP system. Implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18000 standards in the maintenance area. Repair of 1750 HP motor in the mechanical workshop while buying a new, on-site production of conveyor belt due to premature equipment damage which implied high cost for its maintainability.
