Mold and die designer with over 18 years of hands-on experience designing production tooling for injection molding and progressive/stamping dies. Deep expertise in Cimatron, with full-cycle experience from initial part analysis and DFM feedback through core/cavity design, mold base layout, cooling, ejection systems, and complete detailed drawing packages ready for the shop floor. I work directly with engineering teams, toolmakers, and press operators, so my designs account for real-world manufacturability, not just CAD geometry. Comfortable taking a design from a customer's 3D model (STEP/IGES) straight through to a build-ready package.
