Boiler Thermal performance & Design Engineer having 9 years Experience including 1 year 9 months Boiler operation experience( 5.5 MW).  Directly responsible for Thermal Designing of AFBC Boiler, WHRB, water cooled vibrate grate straw fired,Travelling Grate, Slop fired Boilers.  Design Calculations of boiler operation on various fuels to optimize efficiency and size of the boiler.  Heat And Mass Balance For Boiler System, Furnace Sizing, Calculation of Furnace Incl. EPRS Area , Grate area loading, Net heat Input, Volumetric Loading ,plain Area loading, residence time.  Sizing of Individual Pressure parts components like – Economizer, Evaporator, Superheater, Air Pre-Heater.  Calculation of Air,Gas and Steam Side Pressure drop across the elements. # HMBD, PFD and technical delivery condition.  Sizing of Air and gas ducting.  FD/ID/PA/SA Fan calculation, Safety Valve Set Pressure Calculation.  Coordination with Detailed Design Engineering Team.  Preparation of relevant Thermal Documents.  Efficiency Improvement,reduction in fuel consumption, reduction in auxiliary power consumption, Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.  Circulation ratio calculation and sizing of Downcomer and Riser. # Retrofitting or revamping of Existing Boiler , capacity enhancement Boiler type AFBC, TG, RG , WHRB etc. specially platen superheater design.
