I am an experienced lead engineer, a PMP certified project manager and a product development expert, with over 15 years of work experience at multinational companies, out of which 10 years come from leading roles. My industries have been Automotive (9 years), Aviation (4 years) and professional Drones (2 years). My main task has always been the development of new products, the recovery of critical products and projects, the removal of complex risks and errors, and the development of life-cycle, work methods and best practices, as well as handling important stakeholders, customers, management, and suppliers. I have been one of the top performers in all of my companies. Dedication and pinpoint focus allowed me to succeed in these challenging environments, whether working alone, or managing a cross-functional team. „Doing things until they are done“ is my moving principle. Since childhood, I have been fascinated by machines and engineering solutions – at the age of 12, I built my own go-kart. That was my first major project, where I discovered how much I enjoy designing, assembling, and the joy of creation. Since then, I have continuously developed my skills, working with increasingly complex systems and always striving to find the best possible solutions to every challenge. As an engineer, I confidently work with 3D modeling and simulation tools (CFD, FEM), using software such as Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks. I have a particular interest in automation and programming, and I have gained experience in PLC programming, robotics, and industrial automation. I also consider efficient operation and maintenance planning essential, aiming for optimized, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions. Beyond engineering, I am also passionate about programming (C, Python) and software development, as digital solutions are playing an increasingly significant role in modern engineering processes. I genuinely enjoy solving complex problems, thinking innovatively, and bringing ideas to life by turning concepts into fully functional systems. I strongly believe in the power of teamwork and always seek opportunities to learn from others while sharing my own experiences.
