I have completed a Level 3 Extended National Diploma for IT practitioners. I am fully competent with using Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. I also have knowledge of web design programs such as expression web and Adobe Photoshop packages. I have minimal but some Basic programming language when using Visual studio.
