HCB offers a considerable experience on custom & semicustom bespoke production environment with a solid understanding of one-off, batch and mass production mindset proven by a range of work from initial concepts through design and prototyping, and into manufacture coupled with a strong knowledge of Design For Manufacture (DFM) or Design For Assembly (DFA). 3D & 2D Design Work Any kind of 3D Modelling and 2D engineering design work and CAD Design is being done in HCB everyday, precisely and within time targets. Our knowledge of various materials and production techniques allow us present different alternatives to clients. Composites HCB is capable of giving consultancy services on almost all sub-fields of composite design and production processes. Our main experiences are on hand lamination, vacuum bagging, vacuum infusion, L-RTM, RTM processes with Thermoset resins and injection with Thermoplastic resins.
