I am an accomplished industrial and mechanical designer, with over 8 years of worldwide experience. Some of my designs, which I have completed, are bestsellers around the world. Throughout my career, I have designed for internationally known brands such as Strauss Group, Magnitude Lighting, Brainsway, Magic Leap and Zero Energy solutions. I am very passionate about product design and enjoy partnering with my clients in achieving the best results. I have substantial experience with collaborating factories globally, taking products from concept through to manufacture as well as defining and managing the timescale. I am highly skilled mechanical designer, and have over 9 years of experience in all aspects of new product design and development . From studying customer requirements to concepts, detailed design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of prototypes all the way to mass production. My designs have covered a wide range of industry sectors including electro-mechanical devices, electronic communication systems, industrial, lighting, consumer good products and metal industries. Proficient experience in choosing and defining from various manufacturing technologies : injection molding, aluminium castings, extrusion, punching, form sheet metal parts, and CNC machining. Hands-on experience while working with external and internal staff and/or customers to diagnose and resolve conflicts with installers and customers at the moment they arise, and tolerantly coordinate subcontractors/vendors in order to achieve precise and accurate results for each project, cut assembly time and reduce cost.
