Produce 3D CAD, enclosure/mounting details, electrical schematics, PCB/connector layouts, and a complete BOM.
Define a compact module form factor and an accompanying charging solution (detailed constraints shared under NDA).
Specify short‑range wireless approach (e.g., BLE suggested), low‑power control strategies, and per‑unit charge management.
Architect safety and failsafe behavior (battery protection, over‑current safeguards, ingress protection targets).
Provide DFM/DFX guidance, supplier/vendor recommendations for small‑volume production, and test plans (thermal, cycle, contact reliability).
