Mini 3D Printer

Project to build a mini 3d printer. Frame and all brackets/mounts designed in Solidworks. Uses motors and rails from old pc dvd drives except for extruder which uses a nema 17 stepper. Z-axis uses the rail from the dvd drive but motor is too weak so I removed the motor and replaced it with a 28BYJ-48 – 5V Stepper Motor, designing an adapter and mount to use the old screw. All motors calibrated using repetier software, then editing settings in firmware. Motherboard is an Arduino Mega with ramps 1.4 shield using Marlin firmware. Hotend uses an all metal e3d v6 using indirect feeding method with ptfe tube guide.
