3D Renderings of Mechanical component

This is a set of render images of a mechanical component with was designed by me. On the Engineering design stage, I used Solidworks to model the geometry and validated the structural integrity of the sprocket hub using Finite Element Analysis in Solidworks Simulation, with static studios and fatigue analysis. For the Ilustrative /Graphic design stage, I used Keyshot 6 to set the proper materials, ligthings, eviroments and camera settings. The last image is a photo of the actual part, which has been used during 3 years in a Formula SAE racecar. It is made of AISI 4140 steel, using CNC machining.
