contest winning doubt

soo basically if i have submitted my design in the contest he can access my design right then what if he doesnt declare us the winner or declare someone else

The client can add prizes for multiple entries when launching a contest. The client can only own the intellectual property (IP) for the design contest entries that they select as winners. Therefore, if a client wishes to utilize your design, they must pay you for the right to do so.
