Simple 3 part case design for PCB.

I am looking for a designer to create a simple CAD design for an acrylic case. The case will be front, back, and buttons and will have 3 depths. The design will be used to cut the cases using CNC software (Mach III). Refer to concept image for further details. Once a designer is select I will work to finalize the product and make any adjustments that may be needed. At my expense.
Entries should have a 3D angle view of the front or back of the case that show the step height for the PCB components.

Eliv8Design, to answer your question 3. I would like to CNC the case from .25" (6.35mm) acrylic or similar product. The color may be clear as well as several other partially transparent colors. This will allow the LED to shine through the top of the case (above the buttons). The buttons will be slide into the top of the case and will be held in place by a small lip, similar to a rim on a top hat.

Hi - d-one. Without opening the .wri extension file can you clarify a few questions:

1. Overall dimensions of PCB with exact hole positioning (between hole centres) and diameter of holes.
2. How much clearance do you require from the PCB top face and bottom face. Or, what is highest electronic part.
3. What colour Acrylic, or are you using clear. Are you certain Acrylic is to be used.
