Adam, not necessarily. Ive been in plenty of contests where multiple submissions get 5 stars. The buyer may still be deciding.
Looks like the buyer has already decided. When you give a submission 5 stars, end the contest.
The contest will be pre-paid on Friday, February 3rd,. Designers are more than welcomed to hold their designs until the contest is funded. Thank You!
