Controller design

Contest Closed
Description:
I need a controller designed for a project of mine. It's for a video game system. Things to keep in mind I would be getting the controller made, so there has to be enough room for the hardware on the inside.
Wants:
Keep in mind there is a hexagon theme, doesn't have to pertain the the design, thought I'd throw that in. Also for the buttons on the controllers. For the right side the buttons will be A-E-O-N. A will be the bottom button, E would be on the left, O would be on the top and N will be on the right. I don't have any work or ideas but I would like the comfort of the controller to be very similar to the Xbox 360 controller. Please feel free to ask any questions.
Ask for Sample:
I would like a sample, then I will ask the best designer to complete my project.
Software:
  1. AutoCAD Architecture
  2. AutoCAD Electrical
  3. AutoCAD Mechanical

I feel the prize money for a contest on this site should be around $300+ just due to the fact it motivates designers to give it a real run for the money. They tend to put more heart into it when they see dollars and people like me see that your a real player and may have a job to win at the end of a contest like this. $80 just doesn't motivate me to try hard enough that all.

Double-sided Clamp Redesign
Double Sided Aluminum Clamp. Need redesign of part to make it easier to manufacture on CNC mill. Currently, the easiest method is waterjetting the clamping profile before finishing on the CNC mill. We would like to make the manufacturing easier and all in one MILL.
Imagine it
I need to make a companies Logo into a 3d model that would have the ability to be 3d printed in color sand stone and clear resin so there would be two separate STL files one of which would be a color stl file
drawings
I have the 3d model but I need plsns, sections , axonometric diagram ( part to whole, circulation, sun direction, mass, unit, etc.) parking level , ground floor with unit detail, 2 sections, 2 perspective drawings , ((renderings)) of the interior and exterior.
Shoe design
I am looking to explore the idea of "reinventing" shoes. I'm looking to create a shoe that turns from a heel to a flat. In order to do so i need a mechanism for the heel to flip out and lock into place from a groove on the sole of the shoe. The heel itself would be based on a lever where you can push the heel into a groove of the bottom of the shoe to make the shoe a flat. Then click it out using a very simple unlocking system on the sides of the shoe ( a bit like when you unclick the lid of a calpol bottle pressing on both sides) to make it into a heel.
