This 400 sq. yds. residence, intended for a multi-family setting, was meticulously designed with a concept focused on multi-level structuring. The deliberate division of the house into various levels serves the dual purpose of incorporating numerous courtyards, maximizing natural light and airflow, and creating a sense of spaciousness throughout the dwelling.
