Various images of my newest and most complex mechanical iris box design, Orbox. It is completely spherical when assembled, and has a stand to display it on. It is fully 3D printed, except for some screws to join it together, and the multiple colours are achieved with material swaps at the apropriate height during the print. No support material is required for this design, although a brim is used on some of the parts.
