Knuckle Joint Analysis, linear static vs non-Linear (contact, material and geometry)

This analysis show the result different between static analysis and non linear static analysis of a knuckle joint. when analyze with linear static, all the element is connected and assumed as one rigid body. when analyze with non linear, the contact load characteristic is taken into account, also the non linear material take material plasticity into account. non linear geometry take into account the stress redistribution due to the deformation.
