Ceiling to be vaulted in this area. • Kitchen to have Range, Refrigerator, dishwasher, hood no microwave. • Mudroom accessible from outside and through the garage. • Half bath with sink and toilet. • Mechanical room to house furnace, water heater etc. • Large Covered Screened in porch on front of house. with access from outside and from the house. • Covered entry at back of house. • Perhaps dormers to give the roof some appeal. • Lots of large window wherever possible. • Would like all swing doors to be at least 30. • Would it be possible to get a bonus room above the Garage?
