About this service
You will receive an iPart or an iAssembly, depending on the use case, of a supplier's part that you can freely use in your Autodesk Inventor assemblies. iParts are great for components you reuse a lot but in different configurations.
All the iParts and assemblies I design are designed to either be identical matches or meet all the dimensional requirements for the supplier's product. Parts may also have additional information embedded into their iProperties, ie "TRUNKING-SLOT-TS040060H Cut to 260mm". All controlled from the iPart Placement dialogue
If you need something more complicated, like an iAssembly that's parametric to the supplier's datasheet, I can also assist. Using iRules to dimension and create variances, I can cover all the bases and ensure that when you go to place a part into your assembly, you'll have free choice of all of your suppliers options.
