I will create a parametric CAD model in Autodesk Fusion based on your 3D scan, photographs, or other reference data.

The process includes cleaning and preparing the scan, removing unwanted elements, repairing surfaces, refining the mesh, and aligning the scanned body with the CAD coordinate system. The scan is then used as a reference for recreating geometry and features such as holes, planes, profiles, and curves.

During modeling, I will apply engineering standards and logic, using sensible dimensions and standard features where appropriate. The finished model will be checked against the original scan or reference data, and necessary corrections will be made.

Special attention will be given to connecting and mating features when modeling an assembly component. Close cooperation with the client is important, as all relevant information should be provided and potential problems caused by dimensional inaccuracies should be understood.
