About this service
I will create complete machining setups in Autodesk Fusion for 3-axis, 3+1-axis, 3+2-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling on CNC machines and routers.
The setup will include all required machining operations, manufacturing details, and workholding solutions needed to produce the part according to the provided technical documentation.
If needed, I can design custom soft jaws and create the machining process required to manufacture them. If you provide your available cutting tools, I can create a realistic tool list and optimize the machining strategy accordingly. For high-volume production, I can also design fixtures capable of holding multiple parts in a single setup to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
