About
Professional Mechanical Engineer specializing in Reverse Engineering and CAD modeling of 3D-scanned parts.
I have several years of hands-on experience working with industrial-grade 3D scanners, converting point clouds and mesh data into accurate, fully parametric CAD models suitable for manufacturing, inspection, and redesign.
I work daily in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, and Autodesk Inventor, delivering clean, production-ready models with proper tolerances, feature history, and design intent preserved. My expertise includes reverse engineering of mechanical components, housings, automotive parts, assemblies, and legacy components with missing or outdated documentation.
I focus on precision, manufacturability, and clear communication, ensuring clients receive reliable CAD data that fits their production needs. I am comfortable collaborating remotely with international teams and meeting tight deadlines.
Key skills:
Reverse engineering from 3D scan data (mesh / point cloud to CAD)
Parametric mechanical CAD modeling
Industrial 3D scanning workflows
Manufacturing-oriented design and documentation
SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor
If you need accurate reverse-engineered CAD models from scanned parts, I can deliver efficient and professional results.

Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Engineering – Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM)
2022 – 2026
Activities and Societies:
Participation in mechanical engineering projects related to manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM systems, CNC technologies, and engineering labs; teamwork-oriented problem solving.
During my studies in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM), I gained comprehensive knowledge in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technologies. The program covered engineering materials and their properties, various manufacturing and material processing technologies (machining, forming, and advanced manufacturing processes), as well as fundamentals of mechanical design and production.
A strong focus was placed on computer-aided systems, including CAD, CAM, CAPP, and CAE, involving 3D modeling, mechanical part and assembly design, simulations, process planning, and production preparation. This education provided a solid understanding of the complete engineering workflow—from concept development to manufacturing implementation.
