   Prepare and analyze micro-simulations for intersections on PTV VİSSİM 8.
   Perform site visits for existing condition surveys, traffic counts and construction phasing.
   Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and prepare monthly reports.
   Present the projects to the other government administrations.

   The project is a high-rise residential complex on a 45 000 m2 area. It contains 12 buildings, including new construction of a 250 mt high skyscraper and restoration of 9 historical buildings.
   Responsible for cost estimation, scheduling, and budget and construction phases’ planning.
   Coordinate the consultants and project meetings, review and track all the changes and RFIs.
   Prepare subcontractors’ contracts.

   An international fair site project that was funded by the metropolitan municipality(P3) sits on 330 000 m2. It contains 7 buildings, including a 48 meters tall sightseeing tower, and an outdoor exhibition area with an amphitheatre and lotus pond. In this project for the first 6 months, I worked as a site superintendent.
   Responsible for cost estimation, budget-schedule planning, and trade-off studies.
   Prepare and estimate the progress payments for the company and the subcontractors.
   Manage and supervise subcontractors responsible for foundation and superstructure construction.
   Ensure that the site work carried out according to the plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Civil Site Engineer Turkerler-Durmaz-Izka Joint Venture · Full-time Aug 2010 – Mar 2013 2 yrs 7 mos İzmir, İzmir, Turkey Park Yasam Mavisehir Construction Site,
   A residential complex project sits on 45 322 m2. It contains 11 buildings, including 6-storey 3 blocks, 22-storey 4 blocks, 25-storey 4 blocks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, underground parking garage.
   Plan the sequence for the reinforcement of the soil by jet-grouts, piling, and post-grout piling (36 meters and 21 meters depth) and supervise the subcontractors.
   Ensure that the site work carried out according to the plans and schedules.
   Supervise, plan, and coordinate the constructions of the foundations, superstructures (conventional formwork), and finishing works.
   Supervise and coordinate the construction of the sales office and the example flat from start to finish.
