Jaypal has rich experience in design and development of automotive vehicle. He has 19 years experience in major automotive organization including Mahindra and Mahindra, Tata Technology, American axle Manufacturing, Dana corporation. He has been project leader for developing drive away chassis for one US organization. He has played instrumental roll in new product development. He was awarded as chairman award in American axle Manufacturing organization for a software development which can quickly design and analysis 74 types of different shapes of axle within 15 minutes. He has worked major automotive design and development department like chassis and suspension, vehicle engineering, power train engineering, CAD, program management. He was heading CAD services for India operation in AAM.
Jaypal has developed chemical free jaggery process and put a small unit of 25 TPD plant for the same.
Jaypal earned his bachelor's degree (BE) in Production Engineering from Shivaji University, MTech (Mechanical Design ) degree from IIT Delhi.
