 Responsible for complete mechanical design of Automotive Rear lamps and Head lamps for domestic and international markets.
 Assigned the responsibility of creating the main assembly drawing, part drawings and the complete bill of materials for head lamp and rear lamp.
 Responsible for establishing new components and play active role in helping the purchase dept. in developing these new components.
 Responsible for design the components in manufacturing perspective and ease of handling.
 Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific
requirements.
 Handled the job of checking and correcting the drawings of components of a lamps before it is delivered for manufacturing.
 Involved in training of new Engineers joining the Design Department.
 Assigned with the task of checking the design made by trainees and approving the same.
 Involved in providing optimum design at minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market
