Because of the size and location of the company, I have gained a lot of knowledge about a different type of residential construction from what I was used to at Watermans. I also have sole responsibility for Revit, and so produce and manage the relevant resources associated with a Revit project including but not limited to: advanced field specific templates and libraries, title blocks, annotations, and tags.

Within my 11-year career there, I worked closely with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers to prepare site plans for construction drawings. I used CAD & Revit systems to generate new drawings, modify existing designs and was involved in projects throughout the whole production process. I revised construction drawings as requested by Project Managers, and modified existing site plans to fit new company standards. Helped design initial CAD template used for construction drawings on large scale projects.
