Spearheaded a project to overhaul medical filter design using CAD/3D modeling, aligning it with regulatory requirements while slashing production costs. Resulted in enhanced product quality and substantial monthly cost savings up to $100,000.
2) Pneumatic Display for an International Company (SMC)
Lead the mechanical design/engineering for a pneumatic display using, meeting marketing and sales requirements while also meeting specifications. Resulted in a robust display that showcased a mock manufacturing case study at large trade shows.
3) Surgical Pen for Rutgers University
Lead a project where I assisted a medical doctor working with Rutgers University to create an innovative solution to a surgical pen using 3D modeling/CAD. Took the idea from a napkin sketch concept and assisted with bringing other ideas to the project. Resulted in a prototype for the doctor to showcase to potential investors and a patent for the pen.
