About

The company was started in 1996 by BP Nel, a graduate mechanical engineer. We have since complete more than a 1000 projects in a very diverse field of design for manufacture.
Our experience are within Product and Tool Design for plastic injection molding, vacuum forming, rotational molding, pressure die casting and blow molding. We also have extensive experience in design for metal fabrication, mechanisms, gears, cams, shafts, springs and bolted connections.
We optimize machines and products with Finite Element Analysis and Generative Design.
We use LEGAL software ONLY: Autodesk Inventor Professional and Fusion 360 Design software.
We work with clients all over the world and communicate using ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒, ▒▒▒▒▒ and Zoom.

Other experience

Welding As a farm boy I had to know how to stick weld since machines break and we have to fix it right there.
Later during working for clients I learned CO2 welding also.
Tool room experience I have experience with writing 3-axis CNC tool-paths for Mill Machines. I physically work in a number of tool rooms setting ▒▒▒▒▒▒▒ pieces, choosing cutters, feeds and speeds. Drilling reaming tapping filing all have been done.
