I like to see a job through from start to finish. I've designed systems of all shapes and sizes in Massachusetts. To list a few: Boiler plants, Chiller plants, Geothermal Heat Recovery Chillers, Geothermal Condensers, Rooftop & Air Handling Units, Active Chilled Beam systems, Overhead VAV, Displacement Dehumidification VAV, VRF systems.
Work from me will include load calculations, selection files, and revit models with fully calculating ductwork and piping systems.
My latest work has been in the design of schools (200,000 sqft +) and police / fire stations in Massachusetts. I can explain the magic of displacement dehumidification and active chilled beams to architects and engineers alike. Very familiar with Mass code and LEED.
